葛根素注射液,葛根素葡萄糖注射液药物名称:葛根素葡萄糖注射液英文名:Puerarin and Glucose Injection别名:葛根素注射液,葛根素葡萄糖注射液外文名:Puerarin and Glucose Injection,Puerarin Injection成分:为葛根素,化学名称为:4',7-二羟基-8-β-D葡萄糖基异黄酮。性状:本品为无色或浅黄色的澄明液体。药理毒理:药理作用本品为由豆科植物野葛或甘葛藤根中提出的一种黄酮苷。动物试验表明(1)对平滑肌的影响 葛根中的多种总黄酮化合物有舒张平滑肌的作用,而收缩成分则可能为胆碱、乙酰胆碱和卡塞因R等物质。(2)对体温的影响 兔耳静脉注射过期伤寒菌苗人工发热,口服20%葛根煎剂或20%乙醇浸剂后,体温降低,浸剂作用尤为明显。(3)对心血管系统的影响 葛根对正常和高血压的动物有一定的降压作用。葛根总黄酮和葛根素有明显的扩张冠状动脉作用,可使正常和痉挛状态的冠状动脉扩张,于静脉注射30mg/kg后,冠脉血流量可增加40%,血管阻力降低29%。葛根素还可抑制凝血酶诱导的血小板中5-HT释放。药代动力学:动物实验表明,随着给药剂量的增加(35mg/kg、75mg/kg、370mg/kg),药物的消除半衰期明显降低(分别为11.8小时、10.4小时、4.7小时)。体内分布以肝、肾、心脏和血浆中较多,睾丸、肌肉、脾脏次之,并可通过血脑屏障进入中枢。本品消除较快,在体内不易蓄积。适应症:可用于辅助治疗冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死、视网膜动、静脉阻塞、突发性耳聋及缺血性脑血管病、小儿病毒性心肌炎、糖尿病等。用法用量:静脉滴注:0.4~0.6g/次,每日1次,15天为一疗程。不良反应:(1)少数病人在用药开始时出现暂时性腹胀、恶心等反应,继续用药可自行消失。(2)极少数病人用药后有皮疹、发热等过敏现象,立即停药或对症治疗后,可恢复正常。禁忌:(1)严重肝、肾损害、心衰及其他严重器质性疾病患者禁用。(2)有出血倾向者慎用。注意事项:(1)血容量不足者应在短期内补足血容量后使用本品。(2)本品使用前请详细检查,如有溶液混浊、封口松动、瓶身裂纹者,请勿使用。药物相互作用:尚不明确。但与目前常用心血管药物合用,未见明确不良反应。规格:250ml:含葛根素0.3g与葡萄糖12.5g。类别:心血管系统用药
