依替膦酸钠 , 羟乙膦酸钠,依膦药物名称:依替膦酸钠英文名:Etidronate Disodium别名:依替膦酸钠 , 羟乙膦酸钠,依膦、邦特林外文名:Etidronate Disodium分子式成分:化学名:双膦酸氢二钠。 药理毒理:本品为骨吸收抑制剂。在低剂量时,通过抑制破骨细胞活性,防止骨的吸收、降低骨转换率而达到骨钙调节作用。 药动学:正常成人一次口服20mg/kg,1小时后血清中浓度达到最高、半衰期为2小时,24小时后为0.03ug/ml,连续服药7天未见积蓄倾向。本品吸收率约6%,进入体内后在骨及肾脏中浓度最高,从尿中排出8-16%,从粪便中排出82-94%。 适应证:骨质疏松症、异位骨化,如佩吉特(Paget)病、变形性骨炎、肾结石、恶性高钙血症等。 不良反应:可出现腹部不适、腹泻、软便、口炎、头痛、皮疹等。 用法用量:口服,0.2g/次,2次/日,两餐间服用。 注意事项:需间隙、周期服药,服药2周后停药11周,停药期间需补钙剂及维生素D3。肾功能损害者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。服药2小时内,避免食用高钙食品(例如牛奶或奶制品)以及含矿物质的维生素或抗酸药。肾功能损害者、孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用。若出现皮肤搔痒、皮疹等过敏症状时应停止用药。 规格:片剂:0.2g。类别:抗骨质疏松药
