替诺昔康分子式:CAS号:性质:从二甲苯中得到本品晶体,熔点209~213℃(分解)。以甲基3-羟基噻吩-2-羧酸酯为原料,制得。本品对关节炎、水肿和缓激肽所致毛细血管渗透性增加的疗效优于双氯灭痛,对肉芽肿的疗效优于消炎痛。本品的镇痛活性强,起效快,作用持久。其作用强度为双氯灭痛、消炎痛的11倍,但对前列腺素合成的影响很少。其退热活性与消炎痛相当,比阿司匹林强,但比炎痛喜康、双氯灭喜康、双氯灭痛和萘普生弱。本品适用于类风湿性关节炎、骨关节炎、关节外风湿病、关节炎强硬性脊椎炎和急性痛风。常见副作用有胃肠道障碍;即上腹痛、恶心、消化不良、呕吐、头痛、头晕等。
