粉末冶金注射成型粉末冶金注射成型powder metallurgy injection moulding粉末冶金注射成型powder metallurgy injeetionmoulding使金属粉末致密化，用以制造复杂形状金属零件的方法。又称金属粉末注射成型、金属注射成型(MIM)。原理及工艺流程粉末冶金注射成型时，先往金属粉末中添加适量的粘结剂使之增塑化，获得所必需的流变性，然后将此增塑物料注入模具成型，再将型坯除净粘结剂并烧结成具有要求强度和尺寸公差的粉末冶金零件。注射成型金属零件的高密度不取决于型坯的原始密度，而是靠烧结时产生均匀的大量收缩达到致密化。所以注射成型一般选用粒度范围为0.5一20刀m的微细金属粉末，并以球形颗粒为宜。目前大多采用毅基法(见拨基法制粉)生产的铁粉和镍粉，也可用机械破碎法、气相沉积法、雾化法和还原法生产的各种金属和预合金微细粉末。粘结剂通用的有聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯等热塑性塑料系列，也可将其与蜡棍合使用。典型的粘结剂还有甲烷纤维素、水、甘油和硼酸棍合物以及25%聚乙烯乙二醇、55%石蜡、10%硬脂酸锌和10%双丁基酞酸盐等。通常需根据金属粉末的性质选择合适的粘结剂;根据所需型坯的密度控制粘结剂添加量，其体积含量可达到40一90%。金属粉末注射成型机原理与塑料注射成型机基本相同。因金属粉末增塑的物料导热率比塑料高，物料温度约160℃，故其型模温度较高，约60℃或更高。型模多用工具钢、35%Co一21%Cr一9%W一1.5%C一30%Cu合金和Stellite合金等耐磨材料制造。增塑的金属粉末颗粒间充满粘结剂，故此物料不可压缩，在注模中受等静压压制。通常注射成型压力较低，一般为13.7一27.4MPa。除粘结剂过程相当缓慢，需数小时乃至数日，要求脱尽。脱除的方法有化学浸出法(如采用三氯乙烷液体溶剂)、加热蒸发法和真空法等。前两者脱除粘结剂与烧结分两步进行;而后者则可在一个连续过程中一步完成，总工艺周期可缩短2/3以上，并且扩大了可处理零件的材料范围。注射成型零件型坯由微细金属粉末构成，其烧结势能很高，故烧结温度可相对低些。在烧结时，零件的线收缩很大，可达95一100%理论密度。为提高烧结密度，可借助液相烧结或真空烧结到一定程度，在真空炉内短时间加压(10.2MPa)高温烧结(见粉末烧结)。制品零件的特性及应用注射成型零件尺寸较小，一般体积不超过100 cm3，长度在100 mm以下，壁厚为1一smm，形状可以很复杂，尺寸公差能保持在士03%。零件的力学性能随密度加大而增高，并因受均匀的等静压力成型而呈各向同性。注射成型材料的显微组织精细均匀，当密度达到95%以上时，其性能就可与同类铸、锻钢水平媲美。注射成型工艺已广泛应用于制备包括铁、镍、铜纯金属，各种合金钢(硅钢、不锈钢、工具钢)，铁基或镍基高温合金，硬质合金和钨基高比重合金等多种材料的复杂形状粉末冶金零件。例如，枪械、打字机和照相机机械零件;不锈钢牙齿矫形器，碳化钨旋转磨面、各种模具、型板、齿轮;镍基高温合金薄壁筒、锥体、螺母、螺栓、涡轮增压器转子，以及各种用硅钢制做的变压器铁芯、电枢、磁极片、继电器等。(王洪海)
